The health hazards of sitting from the Washington Post

So many of the issues I see with my clients stem from sitting in chairs all day working at computers. Shortened psoas muscles that pull on lower backs and thighs, strained and congested neck, shoulder and peck muscles to name a few. Not to mention carpel tunnel and wrist and thumb issues. This is a nice graphic showing some of the health issues that sitting causes.
