The great majority of my sessions are based on long held compression along Thai Sen energy lines. Because my sessions are at least 3 hours long it gives me the opportunity to compress muscles and fascia long enough that it actually releases the tension and blockages that are causing discomfort. Here is a well written piece on compressions.
