As many of you know I have had a few sound issues in my present space in Westport. Unfortunately, the issue has not been able to be resolved and I have had no choice but to relocate my practice into a space where my client’s privacy will be better protected.

The good news is that I have found a great new room to practice out of in my hometown of Wilton, CT just 15 minutes away from my Westport office.

I will be renting a room from within Kaia Yoga Wilton.

I am so excited to be apart of the Kaia Yoga family and encourage you all to try a class or workshop there.

I have been practicing yoga there for two years now and highly recommend all of the teachers who practice there. A big thank you to Gina Norman and Suzanne Wadyka for making this happen.

There is free parking in the lot behind the building where you will also find the entrance. Follow the signs to Kaia !

Westport, I will miss you and hope to return one of these days. You have been so supportive and kind.
